John Mitchell –
Managing Director
John has been involved with the company since he began his plumbing apprenticeship when he left school in 2000. John took over as Managing Director before his dad’s retirement. John is Gas Safe registered and a water industry approved plumber. He carries out all the quotations as well as working on the kit 5 days a week. When he does get any spare time John likes to spend it at the beach and kayaking.
Kimberley Mitchell –
Finance Director & Customer Support
Kim is responsible for the day to day running of the office and accounts. She has been running the admin side of the business since 2009. She organises jobs and books all quotation appointments for John. When not in the office Kim is busy running round after their three girls and a bouncy spaniel and fits in the odd Pilates class when possible!
Matt Spanswick –
Boiler Service and Breakdown Engineer
Matt has been in the plumbing and heating industry for 35 years, he gained his City & Guilds advanced craft certification after leaving school and went on to work with other experienced heating and plumbing engineers to gain valuable experience and skill set before running his own business for many years. Matt then took a role as a gas compliance inspector and mechanical contracts manager for several years, gaining further commercial qualification and knowledge. We are pleased to have Matt working with us on boiler servicing and breakdown. A keen scuba diver and music lover also means Matt is kept busy in his spare time.
